Major of Chinese Trade and Commerce & Economics

The Major in Chinese Trade, Commerce & Economics aims to train competent trade and commerce professionals who are proficient in performing trade and commerce tasks with China, based on a thorough understanding of China's position alongside America as a G2 country in the global economy, the rising status of the Chinese economy, and trade and commerce issues. Furthermore, our department puts forth maximum effort to enable students to become economics professionals that are equipped with comprehensive capabilities, such as an understanding of overall economic theory, analytical capabilities about the present economy, and strategic thinking abilities. Since the faculty of the Major in Chinese Trade, Commerce & Economics are active in their various respective fields, they will greatly help students map out their careers and achieve their goals.

Major of International Trade

Established in 1976, the Major of International Trade acts as a spearhead in Korean exports amidst an environment of international trade that grows more competitively day by day. This major concentrates on training trade professionals that can stand shoulder to shoulder with global citizens through the field-centered practical education through the "Cultivation of Creative, Practice-Oriented Trade Professionals with International Acumen" that enables them to fulfill their roles.
In particular, the Major of International Trade has a good reputation for hosting government financing support projects such as ‘The Global Trade Experts Incubating Program (GTEP)’ and ‘FTA School’. This major aims to cultivate future international trade experts and is training future professional managers to manage trade-related companies. The Major of International Trade intends to achieve this goal of cultivating future trade managers by implementing a good curriculum.
